Marian C. Jackson Center for Saving and Making History
Short Description: The Jackson Center is a public history and community development located at the gateway of the historic Northside of Chapel Hill, NC. The Northside and Pine Knolls neighborhoods are home to an abundant history of life after Reconstruction, under Jim Crow, during Civil Rights Action, and in wake of desegregation. Today, they are one of the most racially, ethnically, and economically diverse neighborhoods in the region.

Transplanting Tradition Community Farm Youth Collaborative
Short Description: The Transplanting Traditions Community Farm (TTC Farm) is a non-profit project of the Orange County Partnership for Young Children (OCPYC). OCPYC was established in 1993 and works collaboratively within the community to ensure that every child in Orange County arrives at school healthy and ready to succeed.
