The Orange County Rape Crisis Center seeks to stop sexual violence and its impact through support, education, and advocacy.OCRCC seeks to raise awareness about sexual abuse and offer a safe haven for primary or secondary abuse survivors. They do this by providing confidential direct support services such as a 24-hour crisis intervention service that provides support and assistance to survivors of sexual assault, their families, and friends; information and referrals concerning the law enforcement, medical, and legal processes; support for sexual assault and child sexual abuse survivors; and programs on sexual assault awareness and prevention. Support for victims include themed support groups where people can openly express themselves to recover from their personal abuse(s).
